Hello, and welcome to my site. My name is Richard Haynes. Iam a  Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. This site was created for orthopedic patients and clients that have had fractures or elective surgeries such as a hip or knee replacement.  Strength training not only builds and creates better overall health after surgery but,  also improves your apperance and builds incredible self esteem and self image. By living a healthier lifestyle it  puts you to the front of the class in society due to the many benefits gained from weight training and healthier living.

Natural strength training improves many aspects of your overall health and apperance. the mental discipline involved also carries over into every other area of your life. After having suffered an orthopedic injury or having a knee or hip replaced,  our biggest battles lie ahead of us not only physically but mentally. My specialty is working with and coaching pre and post surgical patients regarding their rehabilitation and fitness levels after surgery.

Having had multiple fractures myself and, a total knee replacement in 1999, I have dedicated my career in assiting those that need more information on the expected outcome of their replacement and, how you can take your health after surgery to a higher level.

Being a natural bodybuilder myself with a joint replacement I have learned and experienced first hand what proper rehabilitation and strengthening can do for you no matter what your age.
